Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) in CA to support EVMS for Major Subcontracts and GP. The role requires strong EVMS knowledge, ERP experience, and a Secret clearance, with on-site work in Palmdale, San Diego, or El Segundo. Expect collaboration with IPTs and CAMs and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in Business Management, Accounting, Financial Analysis, and/or industry related field OR Master's degree with 3 years of experience in Business Management, Accounting, Financial Analysis, and/or industry related field.
• Active Government Secret clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Preferred: experience using SAP and/or Cobra, etc. Financial forecasting and/or material accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review EVMS for Major Subcontracts and General Procurement (GP).
• Prepare month-end reports and develop EACs; update EVMS baselines.
• Assist CAMs with EVMS activities: WBS alignment, time phasing, duration estimates, variance analysis.
• Support monthly cost and schedule reviews; identify pressures and opportunities and recovery plans.
• Provide material data analysis and coordinate with IPTs and Cost Management Managers.
