Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2) to support EVMS for Major Subcontracts and General Procurement in the Material Cost Management organization. On-site at CA facilities, the role requires a Secret clearance and involves data analysis, reporting, and earned value governance.

You will align WBS, perform time phasing, develop EVMS methodologies, and contribute to monthly cost/schedule reviews, forecasts, and variance analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience with EVMS and financial reporting in a technical environment.

• Ability to communicate with IPTs and CAMs.

Responsibilities

• Support EVMS activities for Major Subcontracts and GP.
• Prepare month-end reports and EACs.
• Maintain and update EVMS baselines and cost/schedule data.
• Assist CAMs with WBS alignment and time phasing.
