Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Redondo Beach, CA, seeks a Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 2) to support EVMS within the Material Cost Management organization. This on-site role focuses on major subcontracts and GP, delivering month-end reports, EACs, and earned value analyses.

The ideal candidate has EVMS knowledge, ERP experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, with a bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related work (or a master’s).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in business administration, finance, accounting, financial analysis, supply chain, logistics and/or related field OR Master's degree.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of EVMS with ERP subcontract experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and related financial tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review EACs and align with Major Subcontracts and IWOs.
• Support EVMS activities including WBS alignment, time-phasing, and cost/schedule performance.
• Prepare month-end reports and variance analyses; support cost management reviews.
• Assist CAMs and IPTs with EVMS methodologies and recovery plans.
• Provide data-driven insights for budgets, schedules, and spend forecasts.
• Coordinate with customers, programs, and suppliers for audits and reviews.
