Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Manhattan Beach, CA is seeking a Principal Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) to support EVMS-compliant cost control across defense programs. You will work onsite in the Airspace Mission Planning Department, coordinating cost, schedule, and earned value activities with CAMs and program managers.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with related experience, or equivalent, and US citizenship with Secret clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience or higher education with equivalent experience.
• US Citizenship and an Interim Active Secret Security Clearance are required.
• EVMS experience and proficiency with MS Office tools are essential.

Responsibilities

• Set up cost control systems and monitor costs and schedules on contracts.
• Maintain EVMS compliance including cost/schedule integration.
• Prepare reports and estimates at complete (EACs) and updates to baselines.
• Develop and review spend plans and conduct variance analyses.
• Support CAMs with WBS development and EVMS activities.
• Create financial charts for program reviews and identify cost recovery actions.
• Ensure accurate actuals reconciliation and processing of budget changes.
