Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) to support EVMS implementation for Major Subcontracts and GP. This on-site role requires a Secret Clearance, strong EVMS and cost-management skills, and experience with SAP/Cobra.

The role involves month-end reporting, EAC development, and close collaboration with CAMs and IPTs to maintain baselines and drive cost performance.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Goods Movement, Supply Chain or related field.
Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance or higher.
Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access within a reasonable period as determined by the company.
Demonstrated working knowledge of EVMS.
Experience with business systems such as SAP, Cobra, or similar.

Mansioni

Develop and review material EACs and ensure alignment with Major Subcontracts and IWOs.
Prepare budgets and schedules for contracts and perform cost/schedule analyses including variance analysis.
Support CAMs for EVMS activities including WBS alignment and time phasing of purchases; document earned value methodologies.
Perform monthly cost and schedule reviews, identify pressures and opportunities, and develop recovery plans.
Provide support to Integrated Product Teams and Cost Management Managers; assist in audits and reviews as required.
