Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Redondo Beach, CA is seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst – Level 2 to support material cost management and budgeting. You will collaborate with PCAs, CAMs, IPTs, and manufacturing to run the program rhythm and ensure cost performance.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience (or a master’s with 1+ year), proficiency in MS Office and Excel, EVMS familiarity, and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience or Master’s with 1+ year.
• Experience with accounting, financial analysis or reporting.
• Experience with MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PCAs, CAMs, IPTs, manufacturing, and supply chain to run program rhythm.
• Perform EVM tasks: labor headcount vs plan, PMB, CRs, BCWP backups, ETC.
• Use S/4 ERP views, dashboards, and PACE for analysis and reporting.
• Support IPT meetings and reviews.
