Job summary

RTX's Advanced Sensor Programs (ASP) Finance team in Plano, TX seeks a Production Program Controls Manager to oversee cost and schedule reporting for large, full-rate production programs, part-time onsite. The role requires an active Top Secret clearance.

You will develop LREs and EACs, analyze PRISM variances, update forecasts, prepare ad hoc analyses, and support CDLR deliveries while ensuring FAR compliance and integration with PRISM and APEX data sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in science, Supply Chain, Accounting/Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience with 8+ years in related work.
• Experience using PRISM and APEX.
• Experience with EVMS and EACs.
• Active and transferable U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance (SSBI) required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LREs) and quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs).
• Partner with Operations Finance to analyze PRISM variances.
• Update monthly RPLAN financial forecasts.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses to support reporting and identify program issues.
• Support the development and delivery of Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
• Perform cost, schedule, financial, and funding analysis and reporting.
• Support program planning, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring.
