Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Senior Program Cost Controls Analyst to join the Business Management Finance team as a Cost, Schedule, and Control Analyst supporting development programs with external financial reporting.

You will prepare cost and performance reports, support EVM cadence, process Baseline Change Requests, perform variance analysis, and coordinate with IPTLs and program stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires University Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly cost and program performance reports, including Earned Value reporting.
• Support EVM cadence and external reporting requirements (IPMDAR).
• Coordinate and process Baseline Change Requests (BCRs).
• Perform financial and program performance analysis to support variance reporting.
• Support Program Managers and IPTLs with ad hoc financial analysis.
• Prepare and submit monthly Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
• Support monthly forecast processes and update Rplan with stakeholders.
• Analyze cost, schedule, budget, actuals, forecast, and Earned Value data for reporting.
• Coordinate financial information with stakeholders and functional teams.
• Prepare financial data for management reviews and reporting requirements.
