Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Program Cost Controls Analyst to join the Advanced Fighter Systems (AFS) program within the APS business. You will support cost, schedule, and performance reporting and help prepare EVM and IPMDAR data for management reviews.

The role requires a university degree and 2+ years of experience, with proficiency in Excel and a baseline knowledge of EVM concepts. A DoD security clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years in a related role.
• Experience with Excel for financial analysis, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly cost and program performance reports (Earned Value, LREs, EACs).
• Support EVM cadence and IPMDAR external reporting requirements.
• Coordinate and process Baseline Change Requests (BCRs) per program processes.
