Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Program Cost Control Analyst to support the Processing Application & Exploitation portfolio. The role involves leading cost control tasks, preparing management reporting, and collaborating with Program Management and Control Account Managers to maintain baselines and deliver accurate forecasts.

The position requires experience in EVMS, SAP/Winsight tools, and the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance. Onsite work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience.
• Experience in Program Controls, and/or experience with Earned Value Management fundamentals.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Maintain program management baseline, to include incorporating BCRs, LRE updates, and month-end PMB reconciliation.
• Process cost transfers, as required
• Generate internal reports on cost and schedule performance for Program Leadership and Control Account Managers.
• Generate and submit required CDRLs, such as Contracts Funds Status Reports (CFSR), Business Management Review (BMR) and Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR).
• Provide ad-hoc assistance, analysis, and reporting as requested by management and others.
• Internal corporate reporting requirements such as revenue forecasts and Estimates at Complete (EAC).
