RTX is seeking a Finance professional to lead EVMS processes and support program teams with monthly earned value reporting. You will develop SDRLs, coordinate EAC/LRE, and monitor program financial performance. Strong Excel skills and DoD clearance eligibility are required.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting with 8+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years. Citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 8+ years of experience; or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience with government Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and compliance requirements.
• Experience using EVM tools such as PMX, SAP, PRISM, or Program Metrics.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, including pivot tables, pivot charts, formulas, data analysis, and variance analysis.
• Experience managing financial deliverables with established deadlines.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a DoD clearance on Day 1.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 1–2 analysts and support EVMS processes.
• Prepare monthly Earned Value reports for Program Management.
• Develop and deliver SDRLs and external EV reporting to customers.
• Coordinate EAC and LRE processes with IPT and functional teams.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to IPT members and other departments.
• Analyze program data and prepare trend analyses using Excel.
