Job summary

RTX in McKinney, TX seeks an experienced program finance professional to manage a portfolio of defense programs. You will oversee cost and schedule control, mentor analysts, and prepare IPMDAR submissions and EACs.

Responsibilities include variance analysis, forecasting, and producing routine financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. A DoD security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with EVMS and DoD/EVM standards.
• Proficiency with SAP financial transactions and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of business programs with cost/schedule control.
• Supervise and mentor junior financial analysts.
• Prepare IPMDAR submissions and EACs.
• Perform variance analysis and forecasting.
• Prepare internal and external financial reports.
