Job summary

RTX in Tucson is seeking a Manager, Program Cost Controls (P4) to lead the financial health of the SLCM-N development program. You will supervise two analysts, drive EVM, and deliver monthly forecasts and management reporting using SAP APEX/PRISM and RPlan.

You will partner with Finance, PM, Contracts, and Engineering to ensure robust cost control, forecasting accuracy, and transparent briefing of program leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience or 5+ years with advanced degree in related field.
• Experience preparing financial or program briefings for management and peers.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance on Day 1.

Responsibilities

• Supervise two analysts, review work, provide training, and support development.
• Execute monthly/quarterly contract deliverables.
• Manage Earned Value Management (EVM) activities for the program.
• Prepare monthly financial forecasts using RPlan.
• Provide financial analysis and information to program leadership.
• Monitor cost collection and variances from financial plans.
• Support program funding activities and related transactions.
• Present financial/program information to management.
