Job summary

RTX in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Finance Lead to support the Bluejay Program within the Airborne Spectrum Dominance SSBU. The role focuses on monthly EV reporting, variance analysis, EAC/LRE, forecasting, and long-range planning with interaction across IPTs.

Responsibilities include preparing SDRLs, coordinating with engineering, supply chain, and operations, and providing financial guidance to program management. Requires DoD clearance and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 8+ years of experience; or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with government Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and compliance.
• Experience using EVM tools and Microsoft Office for analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 1–2 analysts.
• Coordinate EVMS processes and requirements with program teams.
• Prepare monthly Earned Value reports for Program Management.
• Develop SDRLs and external EV reporting for the customer.
• Coordinate EAC and LRE processes with functional groups.
• Monitor financial performance and analyze variances to plan.
