Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a Principal Program Cost Controls Finance Analyst to join the OSC team. The role involves weekly to quarterly EV reporting, EAC oversight, and cost control across a geographically dispersed group of stakeholders.

You will analyze variances, manage resources, and drive value through disciplined financial control in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and ERP experience required.

Qualifications

• University degree or higher with relevant experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with SAP, SAP BW/Business Warehouse, PRISM or similar systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills desirable.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and EVMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Labor tracking, cost transfers, and resource planning updates.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly Earned Value reporting and analysis.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and communicate findings clearly.
• Support EAC processes and monitor performance across functions.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to enable decision making.
