Job summary

RTX in El Segundo invites a P3 Analyst to support its Bluejay Program within the Airborne Spectrum Dominance SSBU. The role focuses on EVMS processes, monthly earned value reporting, and variance analysis for a classified development program.

You will coordinate EAC/LRE, develop operating plans, and provide financial analysis to IPT members including Engineering and Operations. This onsite role requires U.S. citizenship and clearance readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree typical; 5+ years related experience or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with government Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting and compliance.
• Experience using EVM tools such as PMX, SAP, PRISM, or Program Metrics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting; pivot tables, formulas, data analysis.
• Able to complete financial deliverables within deadlines; U.S. government clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support EVMS processes and requirements for program teams.
• Compile monthly EV reports for Program Management.
• Develop and deliver SDRLs and monthly external EV reporting to the customer.
• Coordinate EAC and LRE processes with functional orgs.
• Monitor financial performance and analyze variances to plan.
• Participate in financial planning activities and LRSP inputs.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to IPT members and other teams.
• Prepare trend analyses using Excel and attend program meetings.
