Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Finance & Control Manager EV Cost Analyst to lead cost and schedule control for major development programs in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role requires EVMS expertise, DoD clearance, and collaboration with PM, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, and Operations.

The position will be onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA, with responsibilities including forecasts, EACs, and monthly/quarterly sales forecasting. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance required.
• Program controls and EVMS background essential.
• Experience with Earned Value Cost Engines/Software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective financial planning and control on large development programs.
• Develop and maintain PMB for earned value and PM governance.
• Establish CWBS and CWBS Dictionary.
