Job summary

RTX is seeking a finance professional for an on-site role in the United States to develop EAC and LRE deliverables, report Earned Value, and conduct EV analysis against baseline schedules. You will prepare various financial reports, forecasts, and ad hoc analyses to support program management.

The role requires a bachelor’s in finance/accounting or related field, with at least 2 years of finance experience and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience preparing financial reports, forecasts, variance analyses, or management presentations.
• Experience analyzing financial data to identify variances, trends, risks, or forecast changes.

Responsibilities

• Develop Estimates at Completion (EAC) and monthly Latest Revised Estimate deliverables.
• Report Earned Value and analyze EV against budget baseline, schedule, and EAC.
• Perform cost, schedule, and financial reporting activities, including funding analysis, tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses to support reporting and issue identification.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
