Job summary

RTX is seeking a Business Manager for the GBRD Program within the SSPS portfolio in the US-MA area. The role focuses on financial control, planning, and strategic decision support for a critical defense program.

You will partner with program leads, engineering analysts, and scheduling to ensure accurate cost management, robust baselines, and timely reporting in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) and/or Estimate At Complete (EAC) processes.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly earned value cost and schedule control processes, analysis, and reporting to program leaders and stakeholders.
• Be a trusted business partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive excellence in financial execution.
• Brief senior program and functional leaders on execution status with strong financial acumen.
• Analyze EV metrics, EACs, investments, and manpower planning to enable sound program decisions.
• Manage program baselines and ensure accuracy of cost charging per policy.
• Drive efficiencies in financial processes using digital tools and resources.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and ethical standards.
