Job summary

ClearPlan Consulting seeks a Program Financial Analyst / Tool SME to lead EVMS oversight for complex government programs. Travel up to 25% is required as projects are nationwide, with cost control and performance analysis across multiple contracts.

You will prepare CPR/IPMR deliverables, support customer audits, and coordinate with DCMA on EVMS assessments. Ideal candidates bring expertise in Deltek Cobra, Oracle, or Microsoft toolsets and deep knowledge of FAR, earned value management, and

Qualifications

• Expert with EVMS and cost control.
• Experience with US government cost-reimbursement contracts and FAR.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of EVMS for tracking program compliance, schedule, and cost performance.
• Prepare, analyze and review program performance measurement and cost variances.
• Provide cost control and financial support for program management.
• Prepare CPR Formats 1-5 or IPMR deliverables.
• Support audits and communicate with DCMA regarding EVMS assessments.
• Track post and copy billings and cash collections.
• Generate quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs) per policy.
• Identify solutions and provide strategic direction in a dynamic environment.
• Support management reviews and EAC reviews.
