Job summary

ClearPlan is hiring for a Program Financial Analyst / Tool SME to oversee EVMS and ensure program compliance across schedules and costs. Travel to client sites is required at least 25% of the time.

The role supports cost control, CPR/IPMR deliverables, and interacts with DCMA for EVMS assessments. Ideal candidates have expert tool experience (Deltek Cobra, Oracle, or Microsoft toolsets), strong knowledge of government contracting and EVMS implementation, and proficiency in MS Office

Qualifications

• Experience with Earned Value Management and baseline development.
• Familiarity with US government cost-reimbursement contracts and FAR.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Expert with Deltek Cobra, Oracle, and/or Microsoft toolsets.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of EVMS for tracking program compliance, schedule and cost performance.
• Prepare, analyze and review program performance measurement and cost variances.
• Provide cost control and financial support for program management activities.
• Prepare CPR Formats 1-5 or IPMR deliverables monthly.
