Job summary

ClearPlan is seeking a Program Financial Analyst / Tool SME to oversee EVMS for tracking program performance, cost variances, and compliance. The role requires expertise with Deltek Cobra, Oracle, and/or Microsoft toolsets, plus experience with government contracts and FAR.

You will prepare CPR formats, support audits, and collaborate with program management and cost-control teams. This position entails travel of at least 25% and offers competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and baseline development.
• Experience with US government cost-reimbursement contracts and FAR.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, EVMS, scheduling, and government financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EVMS for tracking program performance and compliance.
• Prepare, analyze and review program performance measurements and cost variances.
• Provide cost control and financial support for PM and cost control managers.
• Prepare CPR Formats 1-5 or IPMR deliverables monthly.
• Support audits and communicate with DCMA regarding EVMS assessments.
