American Homes 4 Rent, LP (AMH) seeks an Eviction Coordinator in Las Vegas, NV to administer residential evictions across states. You will coordinate with internal teams and external counsel, track progress, maintain records, and support investigations.

The role requires a high school diploma, with an Associate's degree preferred, and 2+ years in property management or legal support. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate's degree preferred in legal studies/real estate or related field.
• Minimum two years' experience in property management, legal support, real estate, or similar environments preferred.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, high‑volume setting with shifting priorities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel or similar tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication with collaborative mindset.

Responsabilités

• Supports coordination and processing of eviction matters with internal teams and external legal counsel.
• Tracks case progress, organizes documentation, and helps prepare files for legal review.
• Responds to inquiries and assists investigations by gathering and summarizing relevant information.
• Maintains accurate records, databases, and tracking systems to support business needs.
• Partners with legal and property management teams to share updates and escalate items when appropriate.
• Contributes to research, reporting, and administrative projects as needed.
