Responsibilities include auditing accounts, handling inquiries, creating work orders, and coordinating with tenants and internal teams to resolve issues while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience with HOA or property management a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is required.

Responsabilités

• Audit HOA assessment accounts for timely payments.
• Process HOA and City Code inquiries for resolution.
• Create work orders to resolve HOA and City Code violations.
• Dispute fines with HOAs and municipalities and process related payments.
• Communicate violations with tenants and stakeholders.
• Complete ARC forms and address liens and attorney letters.
