Job summary

AMH is seeking an Eviction Coordinator in the United States, ideally in Nevada, to administer residential evictions across states by coordinating with property management and legal teams. You will track progress, organize documentation, and support investigations while maintaining systems and reports for management.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork, with compensation in the stated hourly range.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate's degree in legal studies, real estate, or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years' experience in property management, legal support, real estate, or similar environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process eviction matters in partnership with internal teams and external counsel.
• Track case progress, organize documentation, and prepare files for legal review.
• Respond to inquiries and assist investigations by gathering and summarizing information.
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and tracking systems to support business needs.
• Partner with legal and property management teams and escalate items when appropriate.
