AMH is seeking an Eviction Coordinator I in Las Vegas, NV to administer residential evictions across states, coordinating with property management and internal/external counsel. You will track progress, organize documents, and support investigations while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with teams.

The role requires a high school diploma and ideally an associate's degree, with 2+ years in related fields.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate's degree preferred in legal studies, real estate, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in property management, legal support, real estate, or similar environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Supports the coordination and processing of eviction matters in partnership with internal teams and external legal counsel.
• Tracks case progress, organizes documentation, and helps prepare files for legal review.
• Responds to inquiries and assists with investigations by gathering and summarizing relevant information.
• Maintains accurate records, databases, and tracking systems to support business needs.
• Partners with legal and property management teams to share updates and escalate items as appropriate.
• Contributes to research, reporting, and administrative projects as needed.
