Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role overseeing field operations.
• Experience in budget planning and financial management for projects.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership, training, coaching, and direction to regional operations teams to support improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to established standards, procedures, and processes.
• Partners with leadership to create a culture balancing business acumen, technical capability, and core competencies.
• Ensures field maintenance standards remain reliable, efficient, cost effective, and sustainable.
• Collaborates across departments to shape onboarding and development strategies for field maintenance personnel.
• Ensures cost-effective delivery of resources and services and responds to evolving business priorities.
• Develops annual operating and capital expenditure reports showing value of resources.
• Leads design, development, implementation, operation, and support of IT systems and programs.
