Job summary

American Homes 4 Rent, LP is seeking an HOA Community Services Administrator in Las Vegas to manage HOA accounts, review governing documents, and coordinate board-facing activities. The role focuses on maintaining accurate accounts, paying assessments, and ensuring compliance across AMH communities.

You will interact with internal stakeholders, support audits, and communicate complex HOA updates clearly. A CAM license and HOA experience are preferred; CRM/Yardi proficiency is advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Real Estate, and/or related preferred.
• Minimum 2 years direct HOA experience required.
• Account collection experience preferred.
• CAM license preferred.
• Microsoft CRM Dynamics and Yardi experience preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel) required.

Responsibilities

• Create new property HOA accounts, schedule payments, complete audits, resolve violations, review amendments and ballots, and review leasing and rental restrictions.
• Track new and developed properties in AMH communities and review data related to community size and common area elements.
• Monitor development, amendment reviews, and dissemination of governing documents; handle amendment ballot submission and filing of new documents.
• Participate in HOA Board meetings and advise stakeholders on changes impacting operations.
• Oversee HOA property accounts to ensure assessments and fees are in good standing; coordinate inspections and payments of fines.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Real Estate, and/or related preferred

2 years direct HOA experience

Account collection experience

CAM license preferred

Microsoft CRM Dynamics and Yardi experience preferred

Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel)
