American Homes 4 Rent, L.P. (AMH) is seeking an Eviction Coordinator to administer residential evictions across states in collaboration with property management teams and counsel.

The role requires organizing files, tracking case progress, and preparing materials for legal review, while maintaining confidentiality and accurate records. The position emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and a customer-focused approach in a dynamic, high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma required.
• Associate's degree in legal studies, real estate, or related field preferred.
• Minimum two (2) years' experience in property management, legal support, real estate, or similar environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supports the coordination and processing of eviction matters in partnership with internal teams and external legal counsel.
• Tracks case progress, organizes documentation, and helps prepare files for legal review.
• Responds to inquiries and assists with investigations by gathering and summarizing relevant information.
• Maintains accurate records, databases, and tracking systems to support business needs.
• Partners with legal and property management teams to share updates and escalates items when appropriate.
• Contributes to research, reporting, and administrative projects as needed.
