Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an IT Support professional to provide level 1 and 2 desktop and network support in a fast-paced sports and entertainment venue environment. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software, handling multiple tasks across events and locations.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in CIS or related field and 1–3+ years of relevant experience, with strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to work independently and with vendors and internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field; experience can substitute.
• 1–3+ years of relevant IT support experience.
• Basic PC hardware knowledge.
• Networking knowledge in TCP/IP and VLANs.
• Experience with Windows XP/Windows 7 and Office Suite.
• Experience with virtualization for servers and desktops.
• Willingness to work in a sports/entertainment venue and travel to other Legends sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide event day setup and support of multiple POS systems.
• Provide excellent desktop support to internal staff.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and implement changes.
• Communicate professionally across all managerial levels.
• Work during events including late nights and weekends.
• Provide level 1 & 2 support for POS systems and escalate when needed.
• Implement improvements to areas of responsibility.
• Serve as building-wide IT contact.
• Conduct stadium walk-through to ensure systems are operational.
• Diagnose hardware, software, firmware issues and resolve.
• Work with external vendors on proprietary systems.
• Track RMAs of equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of organization and adhere to standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by IT Manager and Controller.
