Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an IT professional to provide onsite and event IT support across Legends Hospitality venues. You will setup POS systems, deliver desktop support, coordinate with vendors, and ensure systems run smoothly during events.

The role requires a bachelor's in CIS or related field, 1–3 years IT experience, strong networking, Windows server, and willingness to work nights and weekends at sports/entertainment venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field (experience may substitute).
• 1-3+ years of relevant IT work experience.
• Basic PC hardware knowledge.
• Strong networking with TCP/IP and VLANs.
• Experience with Windows Server 2003/2008/2008R2.
• Experience with wireless LAN concepts.
• Experience with virtual environments (servers/desktops).
• Willing to work in a sports/entertainment venue and odd hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide event day setup and support of multiple POS systems.
• Provide desktop support to internal staff.
• Work with vendors to resolve issues and implement changes.
• Communicate professionally across all managerial levels.
• Work during most events at the facility, including late nights and weekends.
• Provide level 1 & 2 support and escalate as needed.
• Initiate improvements in areas of responsibility.
• Serve as building-wide IT contact for event tech.
• Conduct stadium walk-throughs to ensure systems are operational.
• Replace defective hardware during events.
• Diagnose software/firmware/hardware issues and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with external vendors on proprietary systems.
• Track RMAs of equipment for repairs.
• Adhere to company standards and practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by IT Manager and Controller.
