Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 & 2 support for point-of-sale system problems.
• Implement improvements to enhance operational areas.
• Conduct venue walk-throughs for system operational checks.
• Replace defective hardware during events.
• Diagnose software, firmware, and hardware errors.
