Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a capable IT support professional to provide level 1 & 2 assistance for point-of-sale systems and related hardware during events. The role includes performing venue walk-throughs, implementing improvements, and diagnosing hardware or software issues to keep all systems operational.

The incumbent must demonstrate strong analytical skills, multitasking ability, and excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 & 2 support to POS system problems as needed.
• Initiate and implement improvements within scope of responsibility.
• Conduct venue walk-throughs to ensure systems are operational during events.
• Replace defective hardware before, during and after events.
• Diagnose software, firmware and hardware errors and breakages.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the organization and comply with standards.
