Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an on-site Event Technology Support professional to provide level 1 & 2 assistance for point-of-sale systems during events. You will inspect venues, replace defective hardware, and troubleshoot software and hardware issues while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Ideal candidates will show strong analytical and communication skills, adaptability to fast-paced environments, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders across live events and venues.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 & 2 support for point-of-sale systems and escalate as needed.
• Initiate and implement improvements within areas of responsibility.
• Conduct venue walk-throughs ensuring all systems are operational during events.
• Replace defective hardware before, during, and after events.
• Diagnose software, firmware, and hardware issues and document resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge of the organization and adhere to all standards and safety policies.
