Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a venue technology support specialist to provide level 1 & 2 support for point-of-sale systems, troubleshoot software/hardware issues, and conduct on-site walk-throughs before events. You will replace defective hardware and drive improvements across event operations, while maintaining high standards and safety practices.

The role requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced event environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 & 2 support to all point-of-sale system problems and elevate when necessary
• Initiates and implement improvements to areas of responsibility
• Conduct venue walk-through to ensure all systems are operational prior to and during all events
• Replacement of defective hardware before, during and after events
• Diagnoses of software, firmware & hardware errors and breakage
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all standards and practices
