Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a capable technical support specialist to maintain and troubleshoot POS systems for events. You will provide level 1–2 support, implement improvements, and ensure hardware and software operate smoothly before, during, and after events.

The role requires strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills, adaptability to changing environments, and the ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1–2 POS support and escalate when needed.
• Initiate and implement improvements in responsibilities.
• Conduct venue walk-throughs to ensure systems operate before and during events.
• Replace defective hardware before, during and after events.
• Diagnose software, firmware and hardware errors.
