Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC seeks a capable venue technology support professional to provide level 1–2 assistance for our point-of-sale systems. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, participate in pre-event checks, and ensure systems run smoothly during events.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to manage several tasks, and a hands-on approach to hardware replacement and system improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 & 2 support for point-of-sale system problems and escalate when needed.
• Initiates and implement improvements to areas of responsibility.
• Conduct venue walk-through to verify systems are operational before and during events.
• Replace defective hardware before, during and after events.
• Diagnose software, firmware and hardware errors and breakages.
