Legends Hospitality, LLC is seeking a venue technical support specialist to provide level 1 & 2 POS assistance. You will conduct walk-throughs, replace defective hardware, and diagnose software, firmware, and hardware issues. Qualifications

• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with task focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 & 2 support for POS problems and escalate when needed.
• Initiate improvements to areas of responsibility.
• Conduct venue walk-throughs to ensure systems are operational.
• Replace defective hardware before, during, and after events.
• Diagnose software, firmware, and hardware errors.
• Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures and follow standards.
• Follow safety policies and complete safety training.
