The Ohio State University is seeking an Event Services Associate 1 to support the Ticket Office during events and in the office. You will handle customer inquiries, process ticket sales, and assist with will-call management while adhering to NCAA regulations and university policy.
Shifts include regular hours as well as night and weekend shifts throughout the year, with background checks and post-offer screenings potentially required. This is an on-site role at the Schottenstein Center.
Provides support to the Ticket Office on game day and in the office with day-to-day tasks. They are expected at all times to communicate effectively, provide a high standard of customer service, adhere to NCAA regulations, and uphold Ohio State University policy, regulations, and ethical standards.
Provides customer service and answers questions regarding Ohio State Athletics events, concerts, and family shows via telephone, chat, and email. Students will utilize the Ticket Office database to assist customers, sell tickets at the ticket windows, assist in will-call management, ticket equipment distribution, and ticket issue trouble-shooting on event days. Shifts include regular Ticket Office hours as well as night and weekend shifts throughout the year.
