Responsibilities

• Provides support to the Ticket Office on game day and in the office with day-to-day tasks.
• Answers questions regarding Ohio State Athletics events, concerts, and family shows via telephone, chat, and email.
• Utilizes the Ticket Office database to assist customers, sell tickets at the ticket windows, assist in will-call management, ticket equipment distribution, and ticket issue troubleshooting on event days.
• Shifts include regular Ticket Office hours as well as night and weekend shifts throughout the year.
