Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking an Event Services Associate 1 to support the Athletics Ticket Office on game days and in the office. You will handle day-to-day tasks and answer questions about athletics events via phone, chat, and email.

Shifts include regular hours with night and weekend shifts; background checks and possible drug screens may be required after offer. Location: Schottenstein Center; position type: intermittent.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to the Ticket Office on game day and in the office with day-to-day tasks.
• Communicate effectively and provide high standard of customer service.
• Answer questions regarding Ohio State Athletics events via telephone, chat, and email.
• Assist in will-call management, ticket equipment distribution, and issue troubleshooting.
