Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking an Event Services Associate 1 in Athletics | Ticket Office-JM to support ticket operations during events and in the office. You will handle ticket sales, guest inquiries, and office duties on game days and regular hours.

Responsibilities include assisting customers via phone, chat, and email, managing will-call, and troubleshooting ticket issues. Background checks and occasional drug screens may apply; shifts include nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to the Ticket Office on game day and in the office with day-to-day tasks.
• Communicate effectively, provide a high standard of customer service, adhere to NCAA regulations, and uphold university policy and ethics.
• Provides customer service and answers questions regarding Ohio State Athletics events, concerts, and family shows via telephone, chat, and email.
• Utilize the Ticket Office database to assist customers, sell tickets at the ticket windows, assist in will-call management, ticket equipment distribution, and ticket issue troubleshooting on event days.
• Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post-offer process.
• Shifts include regular Ticket Office hours as well as night and weekend shifts throughout the year.
