Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking an Event Services Associate 1 to support the Athletics Ticket Office on game days and in the office. You will handle day-to-day tasks and answer questions about athletics events via phone, chat, and email.

Shifts include regular hours with night and weekend shifts; background checks and possible drug screens may be required after offer. Location: Schottenstein Center; position type: intermittent.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to the Ticket Office on game day and in the office with day-to-day tasks.
• They are expected at all times to communicate effectively, provide a high standard of customer service, adhere to NCAA regulations, and uphold Ohio State University policy, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Provides customer service and answers questions regarding Ohio State Athletics events, concerts, and family shows via telephone, chat, and email.
• Students will utilize the Ticket Office database to assist customers, sell tickets at the ticket windows, assist in will-call management, ticket equipment distribution, and ticket issue trouble‑shooting on event days.
• Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post-offer process.
• Shifts include regular Ticket Office hours as well as night and weekend shifts throughout the year.
