Main Event in Oklahoma City is seeking an energetic Event Coordinator to help guests plan memorable birthday and corporate events. You will collaborate with clients to tailor experiences, uphold safety and sanitation, and manage from inquiry to follow-up with CRM systems.

Responsibilities include selling and scheduling events, inputting sales data, coordinating add-ons, and supporting the Sales Manager to exceed targets while building lasting relationships with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Prior food & beverage or retail experience; sales experience a plus.
• Guest focused mindset.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Relationship building is very important.
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office and CRM.
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcoming and engaging with Guests as ambassador of FUN.
• Understand all aspects of event packages and add-ons.
• Sell, schedule and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events.
• Input sales revenue and guest information in systems and create follow-up tasks.
• Partner with Sales Manager to exceed targets and budgets.
• Prospect and cold call to develop new and repeat business.
• Support local store marketing initiatives to drive walk-in and event sales.
• Attend weekly sales meetings to share strategic ideas.
