Main Event Entertainment, Inc. in Oklahoma City is seeking an Event Coordinator to help guests plan birthday and group experiences, delivering a tailored and memorable event with a focus on safety and sanitation.

You will partner with guests to design fun experiences and manage daily event details. Responsibilities include selling and scheduling events, inputting data in CRM, and collaborating with the Sales Manager to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage or retail sales preferred.
• Guest-focused mindset.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office and CRM.
• Strong communication with management, team members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcoming guests and representing the FUN brand.
• Understanding event packages and add-ons.
• Selling, scheduling and coordinating corporate, group, and birthday events.
• Inputting sales revenue and guest information into systems and creating follow-up tasks.
• Partnering with the Sales Manager to exceed targets and plans.
• Prospecting and cold calling to develop new and repeat business.
• Supporting local store marketing to drive event sales.
• Attending weekly sales meetings to share ideas.
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties.
