You will handle email communications, reporting, and onsite support while safeguarding attendee data and working within client systems.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in event registration or attendee management for large-scale corporate events, with proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Cvent certification or hands-on experience building event sites, registration paths, emails, and reports.
• Two+ years in event registration or attendee management for corporate meetings and events.
• Experience handling registration for 2,000+ attendees per year across multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Build registration in the client's Cvent instance for assigned programs, including sites, paths, forms, invitations, confirmations, and reminders.
• Manage attendee housing and travel details, including room blocks, rooming lists, and manifests.
• Send attendee communications on schedule in the client's brand and voice from invitation to post-event follow-up.
