Biltmore Estate is seeking an Event Operations lead to ensure safe, high-quality execution of events. You will train staff, supervise on-site teams, and coordinate with leadership, vendors, and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional training preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing world-class guest service.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; basic math skills a must.

Responsibilities

• Plan upcoming event needs with EL and/or SE Supervisor.
• Maintain event inventory control (delivered and returned).
• Ensure inventory is in good condition and available for rental; enforce safety procedures.
