Job summary

Biltmore is seeking an Events Operations crew member to ensure high-quality execution of event operations across the estate. You will train staff, supervise on-site teams, and support installations, strikes, and special projects with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires leadership in field settings, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as event schedules demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least two years of related experience in event operations or guest services.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan upcoming event needs with supervisors.
• Maintain event inventory control.
• Ensure inventory is in good condition and available for rental; follow safety procedures.
• Keep warehouse safe, clean, and organized.
• Load and unload orders weekly; complete warehouse and vehicle checklists.
• Assist with estate exhibitions, installations, and strikes.
• Follow safety procedures when working with power or lighting.
