Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• At least 1 year of prior event setup/logistics experience preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to world-class guest service.
• Solid interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with focus on quality and safety.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; can multi-task.
• Ability to take direction and execute instructions successfully.
• Proactive with good judgment and troubleshooting as needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 19 years old.
• Leads by example and provides clear direction to others.

Responsibilities

• Plan upcoming event needs with EL and SES Supervisor.
• Maintain event inventory control and ensure items are available.
• Load and unload orders weekly; perform warehouse checks.
• Assist with estate exhibition installation/strike as needed.
• Provide general support to leadership and the event teams.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed during all tasks.
