Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Event Operations Manager in Florida to lead a team of event hosts, coordinate venue setup, and ensure flawless client experiences. You will report to the center General Manager and play a key role in delivering memorable parties and corporate events.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and post-event reporting, while collaborating with Sales and Operations to create seamless experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• 2+ years of banquet captain experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.

Responsibilities

• Host and manage event hosts; oversee setup.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to deliver a seamless event experience.
• Forecast events and schedule staff; enforce HR policies as required.
• Maintain event reporting and use guest feedback to improve guest satisfaction.
